These materials, under the trade names; Ionol®, Ionox®, and Ralox®, will be distributed specifically into the Lubricant and Food Products industries.
Degussa antioxidants are used in a wide range of petroleum products including lubrication, industrial oils and refinery systems, and are part of a wide range of additives manufactured by Degussa for the petroleum industry.
Antioxidants in food applications are used primarily for odor, colour and flavour preservation, added directly to shortening, cereals, and other foods containing fats & oils. Degussa Ionol® CP meets all major health and safety requirements including the Food Chemical Codex (FCC) as well as Kosher requirements, are GMO compliant and allergen free.
